How We Work

Completing your rail construction project safely, on-time and in compliance with your project requirements is the focus of what we do. We work closely with our clients from start to finish – throughout the entire construction process, to ensure that all safety, design, construction, quality, compliance and inspection requirements are met on even the most complex rail construction projects.

Pre-Construction Management

Our teams of Project Managers and Project Engineers work with clients in the early stages of planning and design to help develop a well-defined scope. Our project engineering and management oversight on the constructibility, design, scheduling, procurement and construction activities keep project goals, schedules and budgets on track.

Construction Management

Our teams of seasoned railroad professionals deliver a full range of new track construction, track rehabilitation and civil construction services for freight, transit and industrial projects. Our team’s industry expertise, field crews and use of state-of-the-art railroad construction equipment provides the necessary resources and manpower to minimize disruptions and keep project goals on track.

Post-Construction Management/Close Out

Completing projects safely and on time is our goal. We assist our clients through the project close-out process to ensure compliance in reporting, inspection, testing and maintenance.
